		<description>good question about nutritional supplements. maybe ttdad will research and publish an article for us, hint hint. although i haven&#039;t researched specifically the benefits of supplements,  I do know that we absorb nutrients better from food than pills, so it&#039;s best to eat nutrients vs. swallow them.  unless your child has a known deficiency, making lots of fresh fruit, veggies, whole grains, legumes, healthy fats, and dairy (or calcium veggies) i would avoid supplements.  food allergies are another reason supplementation my be advised.</description>
