Question/advice for other moms/dads If you implement a “one taste, and if you hate it you can spit it out” policy, don’t push foods on your child and emulate a healthy diet, you’re less likely to end up with a picky eater. All toddlers end up picky at different points. Ignore it and continue offering foods or letting them eat off of your plate and it will pass. IMHO the fastest way to a picky eater is waging battles over food. Foods they like become comfort foods and foods they are forced to eat become hated.
