Favorite Foods Fruit – pineapple,grapes,pears,apples – fresh
Vegetables – broccoli(fresh),spinach(canned &fresh),carrots (fresh)
Cereal – oatmeal,rice krispies
Dairy Products – yogurt,kefir,cottage cheese,string cheese
Meats – chicken,pork,beef,fish,seafood
Snacks – fruit snacks,ice cream,brownies
Fruit juice – orange juice, juicy juice
Vegetable juice – None
Other – raisins, nuts, peanutbutter
Mom’s Favorite Recipe As odd as it may sound – my 5 year old’s favorite dinner is shrimp cocktail. So we buy a few pounds of shrimp – cocktail sauce, bake some potoatoes, and make a nice big salad with mixed greens. There you have it – always a simple & healthy crowd pleaser.
Nutritional Supplements I have both of my boys drink and Emergen-C a couple times a week.

Question/advice for other moms/dads Advice… milk is not the wonder food that we have all been taught. When teeth come in, it’s natures way of alerting you to feed solids – not before, BREASTFEED,BREASTFEED,BREASTFEED – I guess this is more advice for parents of babies, but important for life long good nutrition :)
