| Mom’s Favorite Recipe | As odd as it may sound – my 5 year old’s favorite dinner is shrimp cocktail. So we buy a few pounds of shrimp – cocktail sauce, bake some potoatoes, and make a nice big salad with mixed greens. There you have it – always a simple & healthy crowd pleaser. |

| Question/advice for other moms/dads | Advice… milk is not the wonder food that we have all been taught. When teeth come in, it’s natures way of alerting you to feed solids – not before, BREASTFEED,BREASTFEED,BREASTFEED – I guess this is more advice for parents of babies, but important for life long good nutrition :) |
