We found this yummy snack on a recent trip to our local Whole Foods Market. We got the Nacho Cheese flavor, which turned out to be a big hit with the twins. Even I could not resist grabbing of few of the crispy rounds myself!

This snack is a blend of soy and rice. A serving of 17 crisps (we don’t allow the twins to eat that many at one time) provides 7g of proteins and packs 120 calories with only 35 coming from fat. It also has A and C vitamins, calcium and iron.

In the chart below, I have compared the nutrition information of this product with both regular and baked potato chips. I think this product overall is a nice combination of low calories, low fat, low carbs, low sodium and high protein.

On Genisoy’s website, it is listed at $2.69 for a 3.85 oz bag.

Overall, we give it a thumbs up! Give it a try and let us know what you think.
