Mom’s Favorite Recipe	Curried Chicken Ingedients: Chicken pieces, legs, thighs or breasts cut into 2 pieces. This tastes a lot better when you use chicken with the bone on it. 1 small onion chopped up 1 tomato chopped 3 cloves of garlic chopped 2 to 3 tablespoon of curry powder. The amount depends on how much chicken you have. 2 potatoes cut up into quarters Salt and pepper Onion powder Garlic powder. 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cooked rice (I use organic brown rice) Put your oil in the pot and brown the chicken. Add all the other ingredients and enough water to just cover the chicken. Mix up everything in the pot. Cover and cook for about ½ an hour. Check every 10 mins or so and stir everything up. Taste and see if it needs more salt. Cover and let cook until the chicken is cooked. Serve over rice.
