| Mom’s Favorite Recipe | Simple quesadilla with veggies. I spread margarine on one tortilla and place it margarine side down on a hot skillet. Sprinkle with any kind of shredded cheese and and any kind of veggies. Place second tortilla on top. Cook for a bit and flip. She loves the gooey cheese with veggies. |
