| Mom’s Favorite Recipe | We make pancakes by soaking 2 cups of whole wheat or spelt flour soaked in 2 cups of buttermilk overnight..in the morning we add 2 eggs and 1tsp baking soda, 1.5 tsp salt and a cup of carrot pulp from juicing ( or fresh grated carrot). we pan fry them in coconut oil and eat them with cottage cheese or almond butter and berries…they also make a great snack for on the go.. |

| Question/advice for other moms/dads | I’ve noticed that many parents have given fruit juices but not veggie juices…they are a such a simple way to get nutrition into the pickiest toddlers..you can even put raw spinach or kale into a smoothie.. |
