Favorite Foods	Fruit – Apples, berries, pears
	Vegetables – Carrots, peas, potatoes, red and yellow peppers
	Cereal – Warm oatmeal (soaked overnight)
	Dairy Products – Yogurt, cheese
	Meats – Organic grass fed beef, free run chicken, salmon
	Snacks – We make muffins with left over veggie juice pulp
	Fruit juice – None alone, only mixed with veggie juice
	Vegetable juice – We juice everything! spinach, asparagus, peppers, celery, fennel..
Mom’s Favorite Recipe	We make pancakes by soaking 2 cups of whole wheat or spelt flour soaked in 2 cups of buttermilk overnight..in the morning we add 2 eggs and 1tsp baking soda, 1.5 tsp salt and a cup of carrot pulp from juicing ( or fresh grated carrot). we pan fry them in coconut oil and eat them with cottage cheese or almond butter and berries…they also make a great snack for on the go..
Nutritional Supplements	No - they aren’t really necessary on a daily basis, if I see that he needs a little boost I give him some cod liver oil.

Question/advice for other moms/dads	I’ve noticed that many parents have given fruit juices but not veggie juices…they are a such a simple way to get nutrition into the pickiest toddlers..you can even put raw spinach or kale into a smoothie..
