I would add, though, that they're pretty expensive for what you get (which by weight is more packaging than food!) We've gotten into buying Cheerios and Rice Krispies and putting servings in those snack-sized zip bags, which are handy to keep in the car or diaper bag. And adults can eat them too! It was a sanity saver to have an easily portable snack that they liked to give them when out and about sometimes. I'm happy to read that they had less sugar than I assumed that they did. I think that they've actually cleaned up their product (less sugar, more whole grains) since I've used them - much as I have cleaned up our eating act! So...better options out there, but this one doesn't sound like the worst for a desperate parent! I’ll admit to giving my kids these puffs when they were kids.
