		<description>Those are good tips, though for me the most important thing is to know where your beef comes from. I prefer to buy mine from trusted farmers at the farmers market. Yes, it costs more but to me it&#039;s worth it to avoid the risk of illness and all the other bad things from factory farming. And we stretch our meat money by using it more sparingly, which is healthier too.</description>
