		<description>Interesting. I had never heard of mushrooms as a source for vitamin D. I love mushrooms and eat them for their flavour, but also for trace nutrients like copper.

Vitamin D2 is not considered to be as beneficial as D3 (never mind that getting my kids to eat mushrooms is another challenge).</description>
