That looks great! I have to admit that I’m not a fan of pairing tomatoes with either avocado or pears, so as much as I love tomatoes I would probably skip them in this recipe.

That looks good. I will have to try it (although, I can already hear my kids complaining, “More vegetables! I’m sick of vegetables. All we ever get is vegetables!”).

Although, I am likely to drop the oil.
