		<description>I treat snacks more like mini-meals.  That means I provide balanced snacks like yogurt with almonds or fruit with peanut butter.  Yes, we do goldfish and crackers once and a while but it is not the norm.  When we are home I have my daugther eat at the table for her all her meals including snacks.  That way she is not grazing on the snack all day.</description>
