Great point Athanasia! I wonder about the same. I think part of the reason this product is so expensive is because of packaging and marketing. I am sure there is a lot of room to innovate and bring that cost down.

I love fruit pouches! They can be a great way to get kids to eat more fruit, and I find them especially useful traveling when it isn't always easy or convenient to haul around fresh fruit.

A question for you...I can't find an ingredient list anywhere on their website. Are all of these fruit pouches apple based? Nothing wrong with that (especially since you aren't losing the fiber and other good stuff like you do in a juice), but how do the other flavors hold up to the apple flavor?

Interesting. Are these better than, say, a Juicy Juice box? Tommy loves these -- they don't seem to have added sugar but contain lots of "juice concentrate" (i.e. fructose?) Maybe the nutritional value of juice boxes (or juices in general) would be a good topic? Meanwhile, I will look for the Buddy Fruits.
