		<description>Mmm, that does look delicious and healthy, and it seems like something that kids can eat easily. Haha, it also looks like something adults can enjoy as well. The veggies and the extra virgin olive oil really shows you that it&#039;s good for ya. The fact that it&#039;s pretty easy to make is good as well!</description>
