		<description>What an interesting product. I&#039;ve never tried quinoa pasta before, though we&#039;ve had a bit of luck with quinoa. My younger son (age 11) actually loved a recipe I recently created for Crunchy Quinoa with Almonds and Apricots (I blogged about it on 12/23/2009). I think the flavor key with quinoa is to rinse it really well before cooking to remove some of the bitter flavor.</description>
