Favorite Foods Fruit – oranges, pears, strawberries, blueberries. She is a real fruit girl.
Vegetables – artichoke, asparagus, raw carrots, peas
Cereal – Cheerios, steel-cut oats
Dairy Products – grass-fed no-rBGH non-homogenized milk, variety of cheese
Meats – loves Daddy’s beer can chicken
Snacks – way too many crackers (Cheez-It or saltine), cashew nuts
Fruit juice – apple juice cut with equal parts water
Mom’s Favorite Recipe My husband has developed a casserole incorporating leftover beer can (grill) chicken with broccoli, mushrooms, rice and white sauce that my daughter absolutely loves. One sure-fire full tummy for a little girl who sometimes seems to want candy and crackers more than her dinner.
Nutritional Supplements No – The ones we have on hand include fluoride that we do not want her to ingest.
Mom’s top concerns Does not eat enough, Too much sugar, Too many snacks

Question/advice for other moms/dads How do you break the potty rewards cycle when your child is a sweets freak? We went from almost no sugar in her first two years to candy several times daily and I would love to discontinue that practice.
