My kids love hot dogs. What does the research show about eating cured meats like hot dogs several times a week? Does it really increase the risk of cancer?
Oh, and a related question. Are the “nitrate free” hot dogs that use celery juice any healthier than the regular hot dogs?
Is apple Juice really all that bad for a child who has reflux? What about OJ?
Is it possible to eat “too much” fruit

I would ask a nutritionist what kinds of fruits & vegetable supplements/replacements I can give my daughter who refuses to eat fruits or vegetables. Are fortified juices good replacements? Are vitamins? Any help would be great. Thanks!
My question: how do I make sure I squeeze enough servings of each food group into their diet? Also, I am a subscriber by email and confirmed.
I fanned/liked Littlestomaks Facebook page just now.
I just suggested Littlestomaks Facebook page to a facebook friend
sometimes my son won’t eat for days, except nibbles – and other days he will eat like crazy. Is this normal and healthy? Should I enforce more regular eating patterns?
I would ask for a meal plan! I know that probably sounds silly- but I want to give them all the nutritional elements they need and want a spelled out chart to do it. OCD maybe?? :)

Thanks!

My number one questions for a pediatrician or nutrition expert would be how to deal with a picky eater, especially when it comes to vegetables. What are the best ways to encourage children to eat their veggies, or what are some creative ways to either incorporate or “disguise” the use of veggies in their favorite foods and meals? Thanks a lot!
